Standard return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as fuels, Lipo batteires, Solder, Liquids batteries), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received and believe your order is lost, please contact us.If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.
Before we can claim file a claim fo ra lost package, we must allow the respective shipping service the full allotted time for delivery, and provide them the full timetable for tracing lost packages, according to the shipping providers terms and conditions.
We will require 5-10 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package.
We are not responsible for return shipping or any fees associated to return shipping. If an items is found damaged in transit, or defective out of the box, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us.
We do not provide refunds on items that have been used.
All refunds will be inform of store credit, unless otherwise noted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be provided with store credit, or in specific cases refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do not return products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries or other hazardous materials.
All items must be securely packed and protected from damage during shipping.
Radio Controlled Racing LLC (RC-Me.com) is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, or for packages shipped to, but not recieved by Radio Controlled Racing LLC (RC-me.com) or lost in transit.
Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.
Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of AMain Sports & Hobbies.
Collateral damage is NOT covered by manufacturer's warranty.
When applicable, the customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with the service and shipment of product.
